We provide opportunities to come together socially, access the community, and develop independent living skills. We focus on decision-making, flexibility, social connection, independence, and positive experiences. We are committed to building a participant’s life skills in a small group setting within the community.
We provide one to one assistance with in-home supports, community access and transport needs.
